Previously a vacant 10,000sqft industrial shed in a condition of disrepair, the client wanted to refurbish the building in order to attract new businesses and services to the estate. The works included the removal of the existing cladding, roofing and internal layouts with the only remaining elements being the steel frame and concrete floor slab.

The completed scheme is a fully re-cladded, reroofed unit along with a newly resurfaced external landscaped area with parking and greenspace. The unit has now been occupied by a national gym operator with the fit-out works being designed by Focus.
